POSTAGE
I personally calculate your postage costs and tie down with you the total amount payable before you make any payments.(refer to 'How To Order' for more details). I always try my best to keep the shipping cost as low as possible so that you won't be discouraged to buy zines from me.

RETURNS
Unfortunately I do not accept returns. First and foremost, I would really appreciate that you respect the fact that Shaded Out Press is a very small distro. The ability to keep prices low is only possible if I try to keep costs down. As much as I believe in giving good service, returns can really cost me alot of setbacks. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Items can however be refunded or exchanged if i made a mistake with your order.
