This is probably the best issue of Black Carrot that has been written up to date by Dave. If you have got no idea about Black Carrot zine and have been waiting for the right time to get in on Black Carrot zine, now is probably the best time to do so.
Contains loads of great writings about his grandparents funeral, how television probably kept their family together while they were younger and well written thoughts about bisexuality. Also in this issue, Dave wrote an interesting experiences he had while on his journey to visit his parents on an Amtrak train and how he and his fellow bar car patrons who were initially total strangers at the beginning of the long train ride found each other and probably became best friends for that one whole night throughout the train journey.
Black Carrot #13 is an awesome personal zine written with such a smooth flow that i wished that Dave could have written more.
